Reservations are accepted only for a minimum stay of 7 days, with the requirement of confirmation by payment in advance int the form of 30% of the plot fee on a given date. The remaining fee for the plot and its residents is to be payed on arrival. Extending the stay is possible only after agreeing with the reception on the availability of a given plot on the following days. It is not possible to shorten the stay.

Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm
Entry to the campsite is possible between 8:00 and 22:00
3. Free cancellation of a reservation is possible up to one month before the date of the arrival.
4. A stay shorter than 7 days can be made only without a reservation, subject to the availability of places at the campsite (drop-in arrival)
5. The campings hotel day of the plot lasts from 1 p.m. to 12 p.m. the next day.
6. On each plot there can be only one set. A “set” meaning: a trailer, a tent or a family car with a camping car
7. Additional vehicles or tents on the plot are added according to the price list.

RULESET OF THE CAMPING FIELD Camping Turawa
§1 GENERAL
1. The owner of the Camping Turawa campsite is Valor, a limited liability company based in Opole, Tax ID: 7540339473,
2. These rules define the rights and obligations of campsite users regarding the rules of behavior during their stay on the campsite and the manner of using the technical devices and equipment provided.
§ 2 ARRIVAL, REGISTRATION AND DEPARTURE
1. The right to stay on the camping site is regulated by the rental agreement for a parking space on the camping site.
2. The fee for the stay is collected in advance in accordance with the applicable price list, together with the deposit for the rented space provided. The deposit is returned after the end and settlement of the rental period.
3. The rental period is regulated by the contract: The contract for the rental of a parking space on the campsite.
4. The curfew is valid from 22:00 to 6:00. During these hours, the main gate is closed, only the entrance gate remains open. Arrivals or departures of the above-mentioned hours must be individually agreed with the campsite staff.
5. Unregistered guests who visit the camps users may stay in the campsite from from 6 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If the visitor does not leave the campsite by 10 p.m., the registered person who receives the guest will be charged an additional fee for accommodation according to the price list.
6. The current price list for campsite accommodation can be found at the reception and the website www.campingturawa.pl.

The following persons are entitled to use the campsite:
a) people registered at the campsite reception and holding a residence card
b) people with a valid contract for a tourist event, which gives them the right to stay at the campsite.
c) People with a valid seasonal parking space lease agreement
§ 3 THE USAGE OF THE CAMPSITE
1. The camping site staff designates the place of setting up the camping equipment, tents and users’ vehicle. The stay is allowed only within the designated space (marked camping and camping pitches).
2. Changes to the camping pitch allocated to users can only be made in consultation with the campsite staff.
3. Parking of vehicles is allowed only in designated areas.
4. On the campsite apply trafic rules same as for a residence area.
5. The following are not allowed on the campsite:
a. Lighting the charcoal grill and bonfires outside of the places designated for this purpose.
b. Washing dishes, washing and drying clothes outside designated places.
c. Bathing the animals.
d. Carrying out any repair works on motor vehicles and their washing
.
6. Before leaving the campsite, the Guest is obliged to leave the place in the condition in which he received it. The guest is not responsible for the consumption of the shared space as a result of its proper use.
7. Caravans, campers and mobile homes staying on the campsite should have valid inspections and technical tests and must have valid gas and electrical installations and inspections as well as be equipped with fire-fighting equipment required by law.
§4 USE OF TECHNICAL DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT
1. Guests can use the facilities available at the campsite. The devices may only be used for their original purpose.
2. Washing dishes and clothes is only possible in designated areas.
3. Connection to and disconnection from the electrical system (electric box) is made only by authorized campsite personnel.
4. The emptying of chemical cassettes, gray water, motorhomes and cottages is allowed only in designated places.
5. The use of cards and access codes for the camping site, sanitary facilities and other devices is only available to users who have purchased this service as part of the camping service. It is not allowed to provide access authorizations to campsite services, toilets and other facilities to third parties.
6. Disposable access codes to sanitary facilities are issued for one-time use for one person. One-time access codes to sanitary facilities may not be used by more than one person.
§5 STORAGE OF PERSONAL OBJECTIVES AND LIABILITY FOR INJURIES OCCURRED IN THE CAMPING FIELD
1. The user is obliged to take care of his property and personal belongings left on the campsite.
2. A person staying on the campsite bears full financial responsibility for any damage and destruction of property caused by his fault.
3. The owner of the campsite is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or solely due to the fault of the injured party or a third party for which he is not responsible.
4. The user is responsible for any damage to property and other people caused by his fault, and therefore is obliged to repair them on general terms.
§6 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
1. Waste bins located on the campsite are used for throwing out rubbish. Separation of waste is obligatory at the campsite.
2. It is forbidden to throw away rubbish outside the designated places.
3. Users are obliged to keep the place where they are staying in order and cleanliness. Maintaining order and cleanliness is understood as periodic tidying up of the lot and removing rubbish, leaves and unused equipment from its area.
4. Users are obliged to protect all plants in the campsite. It is forbidden to mutilate plants, shrubs and trees by removing them, hammering nails, screws and other objects into them.
5. Emptying chemical cassettes, used water from trailers and campers is allowed only in designated places.
§7 ORDER AND PEACE
1. The curfew is valid from 22:00 to 6:00.
2. During the curfew, it is forbidden to listen to music, watch TV and conduct social meetings in a way that would make it difficult or impossible for other guests to rest. Meetings in small groups are allowed, which will not conflict with the common principles of social coexistence and in accordance with the applicable sanitary guidelines, provided such guidelines are in force during the period.
3. Animals on the campsite.
3.1 Keeping animals in the field is possible after reporting this fact at the reception and paying the fee provided in the price list (daily or lump sum for the season). The notification should take place when the user logs in or when concluding an individual contract. Pet owners are responsible for their stay at the campsite.
3.2 Owned animals may not cause danger and may not disturb other users of the campsite.
3.3 Animal owners are required to comply with generally applicable laws in this regard, including sanitary and epidemiological regulations, and in particular to immediately clean up any pollution caused by their animals on the premises of the facility.
3.4 It is forbidden to release dogs without the possibility of their control and without marking enabling the identification of the owner or guardian.
§8 CONSEQUENCES OF BREAKING THE RULES OF CAMPING FIELD
1. The User is obliged to comply with all the provisions of these Regulations.
2. In the event of non-compliance by the user with the rules set out in these Regulations, it is treated as a breach of the rental agreement of the camping site due to the user’s fault and the owner of the camping site may refuse him further stay on his premises and order him to leave the camping site.
